Dr. Wolde is working on environmental economics and management issues such as bioenergy, food systems, water economics and natural resource conservation.

Erik’s research examines the spread of Emerald Ash Borer in New Jersey’s forests through spatial modeling and economic analyses, and explores diseased trees as bioenergy source.

Gia is using hydrologic and economic models to evaluate human activities in aquatic environments including hydropower dam construction, agricultural activities.
